Quantum technology is an emerging field that explores possible applications of quantum theory for communication, computing and sensing and measurement devices. There is a possible overlap in this technology with the current theme of the conference on optofluidics, especially in the area of ultracold atoms.


The symposium will review the some of the most recent advances in quantum systems and survey the future challenges in the field, including but not limited to:

  • Quantum optics
  • Quantum experiment in ultracold atoms
  • Quantum communication
  • Quantum information theories
  • Quantum sensing and metrology
